The single-varietal Ecoprolive. One of the most outstanding characteristics of our ECO Cornicabra EVOO is its intense yellow color with green tones. The early harvest and cold extraction allow you to enjoy an elegant, full-bodied oil rich in organoleptic properties.
TASTING NOTES 2023/24
With a ripe fruitiness of 4.5, a bitterness of 3.6 and a spiciness of 2.8. Notes of peach and ripe fruit stand out as well as hints of liquorice. Sweet entry with good astringency and a slight spiciness.
