Ecoprolive Unfiltered awarded at Biofach 2019: “TOP-10 OLIVE OIL AWARD 2019”

Ecoprolive's Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been awarded at the Top 10 OLIVE OIL AWARD at BIOFACH 2019, thus gaining international recognition.

This is the first time Ecoprolive has participated in this competition, which involved a blind tasting where the best organic olive oil mills in the world present their most outstanding olive juices. Out of the 100 organic EVOO's presented, Ecoprolive's Unfiltered Oil made from pitted olives and with a high polyphenol (antioxidant) content has gained worldwide recognition, ranking among the top 10.

Ecoprolive Unfiltered Oil is an oil with a series of very interesting notes of green fruit with exclusive nuances from the coupage of our Cornicabra and Picual selection. Its tasting notes define it as medium-intense fruity with very fresh aromas and notes of aromatic herbs and green leaves, very balanced and elegant. The selection of Picual and Cornicabra olives allows us to combine the personalities of both varieties that coexist in the fields of Castilla la Mancha and Andalusia, mainly contributing nuances in aromas and flavours in a harmonious olive juice with unbeatable culinary and healthy properties to enjoy raw on toast, salads, carpaccios, raw fish and other pairings where the emerald green colour will add colour and fun, as well as being exquisite to the palate and the diner's health.
