With a green fruitiness of 5.1, a bitterness of 3.8 and a spiciness of 4.6. On the nose we find notes of green almond, kiwi and leaf. An astringent and not very sweet oil, complex at the same time, with a particularly persistent bitterness and spiciness.
Ecoprolive Unfiltered
With a green fruitiness with some ripe notes of 6, a bitterness of 3.9 and a spiciness of 3.9. Aromatic complexity is a medium-high green olive fruitiness with ripe notes of fresh apple fruit, green banana and hints of tomato, as well as freshly cut grass and other aromatics. Elegant with a medium bitterness and a progressive and persistent spiciness.
Ecoprolive Cornicabra
With a ripe fruitiness of 4.5, a bitterness of 3.6 and a spiciness of 2.8. Notes of peach and ripe fruit stand out as well as hints of liquorice. Sweet entry with good astringency and a slight spiciness.
Ecoprolive Coupage
With a green and ripe fruitiness of 4.7, a bitterness of 3.9 and a spiciness of 4.2. The green notes of grass and apple harmonise and combine with the riper fig (not fig tree). Clean green notes on the nose with ripe notes that are confirmed on the palate with a medium spiciness and balanced bitterness.
