EXPO EAST 2019, HELD IN BALTIMORE, IS THE LARGEST FAIR OF NATURAL FOOD ON THE EAST COAST

ECOPROLIVE Marine Olive Salt received this award that recognizes the most innovative and inspiring natural products in the natural and organic food industry.

In this edition of the NEXTY awards, the jury was composed of Ryan Lewis, Robyn O’Brien, Reyna Bryan, Kari Pedriana, Erica Eliason, Eric Skokan and Caroline Fausel, all of them leading specialists in different fields of this thriving sector in the US.

The Nexty awards consist of 22 categories. The winners receive a major boost at a fair that every year brings together more and more producers, importers, distributors, retailers and specialized media. This year, on September 11-14, more than 1500 brands exhibited at their stands in Expo East and 29,000 professional visitors gathered in Baltimore to explore new organic food trends and products.

In the words of the jury, ECOPROLIVE’s Marine Olive Salt offers a series of characteristics that made it deserve this award. Among them, they wanted to highlight “its incredible organoleptic profile, its flavor and presentation… and all this after having applied an innovation that allows to extract the base of these condiments from something that the olive oil industry has been wasting for years”.
