ECOPROLIVE started in 2012 aiming to improve the way that olives are processed. In 2018 we patented the ECOPROLIVE process, which yielded 5 organic products that keep polyphenols and other olive active compounds.
Likewise, we carry out a zero-waste way of production thanks to the use of green technologies such as the extraction by means of supercritical fluids and taking advantage of the olive pit for energy uses.
