Home-made Pizza

*Servings: 3 pizza doughs

  • 5 g dry yeast
  • 500 g strong flour
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 270-300 cl approx. warm water.
  • Olive-Based Condiment Pure Olive ECOPROLIVE


    1. Arrange the flour and salt in a bowl. In another, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water (not hot).
    2. Cover and wait for the yeast to begin fermenting. Add the liquid to the bowl with the flour, kneading for 10 to 15 minutes, until the dough is tender and smooth.
    3. Let the dough rest covered until it doubles the volume, approximately 2 hours.
    4. Degas the dough, separate it into 3 equal parts and stretch the pizzas. Let rise again for about 30 minutes.
    5. Add tomato sauce, cheese and cook over high heat (200ºC) until cooked. Season with Olive Condiment Pure Olive and serve.
