Olive oil made out of the Cornicabra and Picual varieties cropped in veraison. Format Unfiltered. The Unfiltered Ecoprolive Olive Oil has been awarded at the Biofach 2019 trade show and it is the most iconic product of the Ecoprolive family.
TASTING NOTES. Prolonged fruity balanced taste with herbaceous notes of green and ripe fruit. Slightly sweet entry that leads to intense bitterness typical of Cornicabra and accompanied by a truly nice spiciness typical of the Picual variety with mint flavor. In the olfactory phase green banana notes are discovered, almond, aromas emulating fig, green almond, arugula, artichoke and tomato plant.
