3. Which olive varieties do you use to produce your oils?

Nuestros aceites se elaboran a partir de tres variedades:

  • Arróniz: variedad característica de Navarra;
  • Picual: variedad del Sur de España, muy famosa por su sabor y aroma;
  • Cornicabra: variedad de los montes de Toledo, reconocida por sus propiedades más saludables.

4. How do you produce Ecoprolive olive oils?

Ecoprolive oils are produced in a 5.0 olive mill in Puente La Reina, Navarra. Our production process is zero waste thanks to the use of green and sustainable technologies and maximises the potential of the raw material.

Contrary to most organic extra virgin olive oils, Ecoprolive oils are obtained from pitted olives. This stage avoids filtering, oxidation and addition of water in the oil extraction process. As a result, we get an oil that preserves its high content of polyphenols and healthy fatty acids.

1. What is an olive condiment?

Our olive-based condiments are made from our prebiotic fiber, whose main ingredient is dehydrated olive pulp, rich in antioxidants. An international chef developed this assortment of condiments that includes a range of spices mix, from savory to sweet, to offer a unique sensory and gourmet experience. They are also a quick and easy way to add some healthy flair to any dish thanks to their high polyphenol and fiber content.

4. Do Ecoprolive condiments have any health benefits?

Since each condiment contains at least 40% of PreBIOfenol, they have the same health properties. Besides, you can also benefit from the properties of other spices present in some condiments.

FIBRA PRÉBIOTICA

1. What is PreBIOfenol?

PreBIOfenol is a prebiotic fiber that is made from dehydrated olive pulp. It is a 100% organic and natural super aliment with many health properties.

2. What is a prebiotic fiber?

Prebiotics are microorganisms that boost the action and effects of probiotics in our gut microbiota. Along with probiotics, they have a positive impact on our gut health.

3. Does PreBIOfenil have any health benefits?

According to an intervention study on humans conducted by the Nutrition Research Centre of the University of Navarra, within the framework of the “Nutribiota” Project funded by the Government of Navarra, the intake of PreBIOfenol promotes the reduction of conditions associated with sedentary lifestyles, diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.

4. How should I use PreBIOfenol?

You can use PreBIOphenol as a topping for yoghurts or smoothies, or as an ingredient in your favourite recipe. It is recommended to take one teaspoon, 1-3 grams, per day for at least 30 consecutive days. Do not take more than the recommended dose as it is very rich in vegetable fibre and may cause stomach aches or gas if the recommended daily dose is exceeded.

It is very important to mix it into food to remove the unpleasant earthy sensation that may be felt in the mouth when consuming it.

As it is a 100% natural food supplement, it does not present any health risks and there is no need to take breaks when taking it. When you finish one bag, you can start another one without any problem.

5. How is PreBIOfenol obtained?

PreBIOfenol is obtained from olive pulp. After extracting the oil from the fruit, we dry what is left from pulp to obtain an olive pulp.

1. What is the shipping time?

Delivery times are:

  • 24 hours (next working day) for individuals within the peninsula (except Gibraltar).
  • 48 hours (second working day) for individuals in Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar.
  • Before 14h of the next working day for companies within the Spanish mainland.

2. How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated during purchase according to delivery place and the order’s weight. In any case, you can check the shipping costs before placing your order.

3. Can you ship my order outside of Spain?

For now, international shipping is only available to Ceuta, Melilla, Andorre and Gibraltar. We are currently working hard to offer to our customers shipping all around Europe.

4. Which courier company do you use to ship orders?

Correos Express is the courrier company in charge of delivering your package to your home.

1. Can I return my order?

You can return your order. See our return policy here and contact us through the contact form to initiate the return process.

2. My order arrived broken or damaged, what can I do?

First of all, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please write to administracion1@isanatur.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

3. You have refunded my order, how long does it take for the money to reach my account?

The refund will be made through the same payment method used during the order. It will take about 5-7 days to appear from the day we make the refund.

MY ACCOUNT

1. How do I create an account?

There are two ways to create an account on our website:

  • From the “Shop” menu, click on the “My account” tab. You will be redirected to a page where you can access your account or register. On the right hand side, enter your email address and password and click on “Register”.
  • When you are placing your order, at the invoice stage, we will ask you to fill in your order details. We will also ask you for your password in order to create your account.

2. How can I log in into my account?

From the “Shop” menu, click on the “My account” tab. You will be redirected to a page where you will have to enter your username or your email address and your password, and click on “Log in”.

On the other hand, when you complete your purchase, once you reach the checkout page, you will have the option to access your account at the top of the forms.

3. I cannot log in into my account, what should I do?

If you are unable to log in, you can write to us via the contact form, indicating “I can’t log in to my account” in the subject line. We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

4. How do I log out of my account?

When you are logged in to our site, hover your mouse over the “Shop” tab and a drop-down menu will appear. Simply click on “Log out”.

5. How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, you can do so in two ways:

  • From one of the e-mails you have received from us, click on “unsubscribe from this list“.
  • Contact us by e-mail with the subject “I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter”.

6. How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, write to us via the contact form and indicate “I want to delete my account” in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

1. Which method payments do you accept?

We offer you the following payment methods:

  • By credit or debit card: You can make the payment immediately through the SSL secure payment gateway of our Bank. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016).
  • PayPal: The payment of the order will be authorised through PayPal, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. To do this, it is essential to have a PayPal account.

2. Do I need to place a minimum order?

If you buy from our website, you do not need to place a minimum order.

3. Will I receive a confirmation email after my purchase?

When you place an order on our website, we will send you the order details to the address mail you entered when purchasing. To receive an invoice, contact us at isanatur@isanatur.com.

4. I am a wholesaler, how can I place a bulk order?

To place your order as a wholesale, send your request at administracion1@isanatur.com or via the contact form and indicate “I want to place a bulk order” in the subject line. In your mail, tell us which products you are interested in, and we will get back to you with a quotation as soon as possible. 

5. I am a retailer, how can I place my order?

On our website, only retail prices are shown. To place your order as a retailer, we recommend you to use the FAIRE platform. There, you can find prices for small shops and pharmacies.

6. I am not familiar with FAIRE, what is it?

FAIRE is a platform that connects retailers with wholesalers and producers. If you place your order through this platform, you will have the following benefits:

  • One year free shipping
  • 100 Euro credit valid for your first order
  • 60 days payment terms
